Registering groups with more than 10 members
GROUP REGISTRATION PROCESS
1 – Download “Registration form” in here
2 – Send an email to ticket@123go.vn and follow the template. Ticket price is according to the ticket phase at which customers send back the registration information to 123go.
3 – Process bank transfer based on the information received
4 – Send “Payment confirmation” to support@123go.vn and ticket@123go.vn
5 – 123Go and Organizers will be responsible for the rest of process.
6 – Confirmation email will be sent to your email address after 3 working days from the day 123Go receive your “successful payment” confirmation

DISTANCE CHANGE
REGULATION
- Apart from distance-change fee, in order to switch to longer distance, customers have to pay for the price difference of the two distances.
- If switching to shorter distance, the price difference will not be returned.
- Each registration can only change distance once.
FEES AND DEADLINE
- Change fee: 200,000 VND.
- All requests to change distance after 25/08/2020 are not accepted.
HOW TO CHANGE
- Using the exactly registering email to send change information to the email address: support@123go.vn.
- This should provide information about Order number, full name of participant that requires change and information that needs to be changed.
INFORMATION CHANGE
REGULATION
- Runners can pass their registration to others and announce Organizers.
- If the receiving runners request to change distance, distance-change policy will apply with corresponding fee levels
FEES AND DEADLINE
- Change fee: 200,000 VND.
- All requests to change distance after 25/08/2020 are not accepted.
